Amy and Shawn | Old Sturbridge Village, Sturbridge MA

Amy and Shawn got married at Old Sturbridge Village, a living museum located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts which recreates life in rural New England during the 1790s through 1830s. It is the largest living museum in New England, covering more than 200 acres (Wikipedia April 22, 2019). They had their first look at the Tavern, with their closest friends and family around them. Amy rode a carriage up to the town church where a good friend married them and they all made their way down to the Bullard Tavern for their reception. It was a glorious day!

We had intermittent moments of rain, but it seemed the sun was attracted to the sunny yellow dresses of the flowers girls. Amy and Shawn’s daughters along with the Maid of Honor’s little Lily, were decked out in the cheeriest dresses I’ve seen so far this year!

Join me in wishing Shawn and Amy a lifetime of married bliss! Congratulations you two.
